WCF aims to develop a democratic mode, which will enable each user to posse, the rights and cultivate the responsibility to influence the social decisions in the community for the well-being of society.
A well-trained health professional will be leading each department. Medical and paramedical member will be recruited and trained to work for the Hospitals. Young junior health professionals who aspire to work towards the care of women and children will be encouraged.
